Heart-Centre Clearing and Self-Love

Gentle energies from the Angelic Realm and the Seraphim Angels come forward to support heart centre clearing and self-love. How often do you feel heavy of heart as if everything just feels a bit negative or a bit off. In these three sessions, the Seraphim Angels will gently guide you on your journey to let go of emotions or aspects which no longer support you and to focus on love. The series of three intuitive sessions encompasses:

• Session 1: Clearing of the heart centre – as we travel through life we can pick up negative energies and bury negative thoughts, as we focus on dealing with the priorities of the moment. This session connects you to the beautiful energies of the Angelic Realm and the Seraphim Angels providing an opportunity to pause, to release and to let go of what is no longer serving you. The sessions involve holding space with the Seraphim and reflecting on any prompts or thoughts brought forward by your spiritual team and the Angels. Each is unique.
• Session 2: Exploring what self-love means to you – building on the clearing in session 1, the Seraphim Angels come forward to support the gentle exploration of self-love and what this means to you? Expressing self-love, and bringing it into every moment of the day, is part of the human experience yet so often gets lost in our day to day activities. This session brings these beautiful, gentle energies into your consciousness  allowing reflection, identifying the inhibitors to self-love and actions to support self-love.
• Session 3: Consolidating the journey of heart centre clearing and self-love  – clearing and self-love are a journey to peace and joy which inherently face challenges as we move through life. In this session with the Seraphim Angels, reflect on your journey to date and explore the opportunities to integrate self-love and heart centre clearing into all aspects of your life.

The 3 sessions will last approx. 30 mins each through zoom.
